This Content Policy explains the editorial standards, content boundaries and use of technology on TGDB Lists (theglamdb.com).

Please note: On 27 July 2026, we rebranded to TGDB List from TheGlamDB, so our TOC have also been updated.

1. Editorial Purpose

TGDB Lists publishes practical, decision-oriented lists that help readers decide what to wear, what to buy, where to shop and which brands are worth exploring. Our focus is fashion, styling, shopping and brand discovery grounded in an Indian context. We aim for usefulness, clarity and honest curation rather than exhaustive catalogues or pure entertainment.

2. Content Categories and Boundaries

Primary editorial verticals are Fashion, Styling, Shopping, Brands and Intimate Fashion (brand-safe lingerie, nightwear and shapewear). We do not publish or host pornography, graphic sexual content, or material that would be classified as obscene under Indian law. Any mature-themed content is presented in an editorial, non-explicit manner and is intended for adult readers (18+).

Mature or adult-oriented properties, if any, are maintained under a separate identity and are not led from the main TGDB Lists header or branding.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

TGDB Lists may use artificial intelligence tools in the following limited and disclosed ways:

•  Image generation and enhancement — Some photographs, illustrations or visual elements on the site may be created or enhanced with generative AI. These are used for illustrative, stylistic or conceptual purposes only. They do not depict real private individuals unless explicitly stated. When an image is AI-generated or significantly AI-enhanced we aim to note this where practical.

•  Editorial assistance — AI tools may be used to help draft outlines, improve clarity, check grammar or suggest structure. Final editorial judgement, fact selection, ranking decisions and the published “TGDB verdict” remain the responsibility of human editors (TGDB Editors).

•  No synthetic personal data or deepfakes of real private persons — We do not use AI to create non-consensual intimate imagery or to impersonate real private individuals.

•  Transparency — We will continue to refine disclosure practices as AI tools and reader expectations evolve. If you have questions about a specific image or piece of content, contact support@theglamdb.com.

AI is a production aid, not a substitute for editorial accountability. Rankings, recommendations and “best for” judgements are human-curated.

4. Third-Party Brands, Products and Links

Mentions of brands, products, retailers or platforms are editorial. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or commercial partnership unless clearly labelled. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate at the time of publication, but product details, pricing, availability and policies change. Readers should verify current information on the brand’s own channels before purchasing.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, delivery or customer service of any third-party product or service. Any financial or personal decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property and Removal Requests

We respect the intellectual property and publicity rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted material, brand name, image or listing appears on the site without proper authorisation, please email support@theglamdb.com with:

•  A description of the content and the exact URL where it appears

•  Proof of ownership or authority to act

•  Your contact details and preferred resolution (update or removal)

We aim to review and respond within seven working days. We also maintain an Update / Removal Request page for brand and individual requests.

6. Sourcing and Fair Use

Content is curated from publicly available sources including brand websites, press materials, product pages and social platforms, together with original editorial analysis. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or official product imagery. Where we use material under fair-use principles or with permission, we endeavour to provide appropriate context.

7. User Contributions

If the site enables comments, contributions or brand submissions, users must not post illegal, defamatory, infringing or abusive material. We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove contributions that violate this policy or applicable law. By submitting content you grant TGDB Lists a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content in connection with the site.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy to reflect changes in editorial practice, technology or law. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
